Update(05.01.2009): the new version of the website has just been launched, please visit it here.
I have a BSc in Computer Science from Transilvania University Brasov, Romania (2005), and another BSc in Sociology, from the same University (2007). I have also a MSc in Computer Science (Spatial data mining) from the Transilvania University of Brasov (2006).
I am currently a PhD student at the University College Cork, Department of Computer Science. The main research topic around which I will focus my attention will be Intaractome Networks. Basically, these are networks of proteins and my goal will be to find a link between their evolution and cancer (possibly some other diseases, too) dynamics. The Scientific/Professional section of my website will be regularly updated to illustrate my research activity progress.
